My name is Chantelle Nash, and I hold a BA in Corporate Communication from the University of Houston, with a double-minor in Training and Development and Spanish. I am now pursuing a dual Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development (HRD) and Technology Project Management (TPM) while continuing to further my career in the corporate world. The Training and Development field has stolen my heart and my ideal roles include those related to instructional design and development (especially e-learning), talent development, business communication and management consulting. Teaching at the collegiate level is also an aspiration of mine. I strongly believe that the base of functional success in business starts with clear and effective communication processes that are constantly used, evaluated, and reinvented to fit a company's needs. I am also passionate about successful needs analyses and evaluation programs. Studying and working hard are two of the most rewarding activities for me. However, in my free time I like to run, dance, fish, golf, see a movie, or go to one of my favorite restaurants. I LOVE food, especially desserts!
